About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 4-week assignment in Longmont, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant.
- Active Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant License.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduation from an accredited program in occupational therapy assistant.
- Current CPR certification.

Pay
Weekly Gross: $1,160.00 (Based on 40hrs/Week)
