About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 14-week travel assignment in Schofield, WI at a respected long-term and short-term care facility. This role involves delivering direct clinical care to residents within a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care environment. Candidates must live outside a 50-minute radius of the facility to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients across multiple units, including Rehab, SNF, LTAC, LTC, and Short-Term Stay (typical patient ratios range from 15:1 up to 25:1 depending on unit).
• Manage clinical care duties including wound care, stoma/ostomy care, Peg/J/G-tube feeds, Foley catheters, IV pumps, and basic tracheostomy care (no ventilators).
• Float across all units within the facility as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in an LTC, SNF, LTAC, or Rehab setting.
• Active Wisconsin or Compact RN License in good standing (no hits on license).
• Certifications: Active BLS/CPR required; IV certification preferred.
• Must be comfortable working 4×8 mid shifts (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM).

Pay

$1,687.86 – $1,985.71 per week (based on 8-hour shifts and 32 hours per week).

Schedule

• 32 hours per week.
• 8-hour day shifts: 4×8 Mids (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM).
