Travel Skilled Nursing Facility Physical Therapist - $2,200 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Napa, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in SNFs
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using medical software and equipment

Skills

• Skilled in manual therapy techniques
• Familiarity with assistive devices and adaptive equipment
• Knowledge of rehabilitation protocols and procedures

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Days schedule, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift.
