Travel Physical Therapist, Skilled Nursing Facility - $2,201 per week

The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a position in Lamoni, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and facility policies.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of recent experience in physical therapy.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Iowa.
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
