Responsibilities
- Work in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8-hour day shifts
- 13-week contract with a 36-hour weekly minimum
- 14-day cancellation policy
Requirements
- Current PT license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification required
- SNF experience preferred
- Manager and Director references required for consideration
- Copies of license verification and relevant certifications required for consideration
- Must be available to begin in October
