Travel Physical Therapist, Skilled Nursing Facility - $2,501 per week

About the role

The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a position in Blackwell, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in SNF settings preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficient in using medical software and equipment.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
• Experience with fall prevention and rehabilitation techniques.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
