Travel Skilled Nursing Facility Physical Therapist - $2,280 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Salinas, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in California
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in SNFs
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in computer software relevant to physical therapy

Skills

• Skilled in manual therapy techniques
• Familiarity with assistive devices and equipment
• Knowledge of rehabilitation protocols and standards

Pay
