About the role
Support custom cruises, tours, destination celebrations, groups, reservations, and traveler follow-through, with particular attention to workflow control. The role focuses on travel service coordination within group travel operations to surface incomplete information before it becomes downstream rework.
Success in this role means workflow control is current, exceptions have owners, and another authorized teammate can continue the work without reconstructing the history.
Responsibilities
- Track the Travel Service Coordinator workflow by helping the team check incoming requests for completeness.
- Own the workflow by routing work to the correct next step.
- Coordinate the workflow by tracking unresolved exceptions through closure.
- Review the workflow by documenting process issues that repeatedly slow execution.
- Maintain the workflow by keeping recurring work organized by owner and status.
Skills
- Use Business Support and Operational Reporting confidently in travel service coordination.
- Apply Cruise and Tour Support without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document Task Management decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning.
- Use sound judgment around Service Operations, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.
