About the role

The School Psychologist will provide psychological assessments, consultation, and intervention services to students and staff within the school setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations and provide recommendations for educational interventions
• Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and families regarding student behavior and learning needs
• Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to support student success
• Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Master's degree in Educational or School Psychology
• New graduates encouraged to apply!

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a School Psychologist in the state of Washington
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Knowledge of child development and learning theories
• Proficiency in using assessment tools and techniques
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
