Job Summary

About the Role

This position will be responsible for providing respiratory therapy services under the supervision of a physician. The role involves administering medications, performing diagnostic procedures, and educating patients on respiratory health.

Responsibilities

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Performing diagnostic procedures such as arterial blood gas analysis
  • Providing patient education on respiratory health
  • Assisting with intubation and extubation procedures
  • Managing tracheostomy care and equipment setup
  • Handling emergency situations and troubleshooting alarms
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans

Requirements

  • One year of relevant experience
  • Current RRT certification
  • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, RRT

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in adult critical care, aerosol set up, and various respiratory therapies. Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $2764.44 to $2956.32 weekly.

Schedule

The shift is 4, 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30.
