About the role

This position is responsible for providing direct, high-level patient care in a technically complex environment such as ICU or PCU, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope nursing care through a multidisciplinary team approach.
• Prioritize patient wellness, safety, and quality outcomes.
• Precept and mentor new healthcare staff and foster a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
• Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license or eNLC privileges in Colorado.
• Minimum of 1-year nursing experience.
• Certification in ACLS and BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
