Travel RN - Medical Progressive Care

Role Overview: This position involves providing advanced patient care in a 36-bed medical progressive care unit, utilizing the nursing process within a dynamic, evidence-based environment. The role emphasizes a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes, prioritize patient wellness, and model proficiency through precepting. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care at ICU or PCU level in a technically complex setting.Apply evidence-based care models aligned with AACN’s Synergy Model and specialty certification standards.Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.Support new staff through precepting and foster a culture of continuous learning. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license or eNLC privileges in Colorado.Minimum of 1-year nursing experience.Certification in ACLS and BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
