About the Role
Provides direct patient care in a 36-bed medical progressive care unit, utilizing advanced nursing practices within a technically complex environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Prioritize patient wellness
- Precept new staff
- Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care
- Manage ICU or PCU level care
- Utilize evidence-based models such as AACN’s Synergy Model
- Support positive patient outcomes through proficient practice and teamwork
Requirements
- Valid RN license or eNLC privileges
- At least 1 year of experience
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative clinical setting
