Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a 13-week assignment starting August 9, 2026, in Montour Falls, New York.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain cleanliness and order in patient rooms
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• New York State RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of one year of recent acute care experience

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Skills

• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR)
• Knowledge of infection control protocols
• Experience with wound care and catheter management

Pay
