Travel RN SNF - $2,538 per week
About the role
The role involves providing assessment, monitoring, and reporting of changes in patient conditions. Advocating for patients and practicing ethically within the nursing scope. Promoting evidence-based practice (EBP) and best practices related to patient care. Coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team while ensuring effective communication. Documenting patient information thoroughly and appropriately in the EMR system. Assisting with lifting (up to 50 lbs.), sitting or standing for extended periods, and operating required medical equipment.
Responsibilities
- Provide assessment, monitoring, and reporting of changes in patient conditions.
- Advocate for patients and practice ethically within the nursing scope.
- Promote evidence-based practice (EBP) and best practices related to patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team while ensuring effective communication.
- Document patient information thoroughly and appropriately in the EMR system.
- Participate in unit councils and staff meetings.
- Assist with lifting (up to 50 lbs.), sit or stand for extended periods, and operate required medical equipment.
- Float to other units as staffing permits and drop to LPN Med Cart position when necessary.
Requirements
- Current RN license required.
- Experience in nursing leadership and patient care management preferred.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including operating medical equipment.
- Completion of documentation and required competency tests as assigned.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with a schedule of 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM, with every other weekend and holiday required.
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
