About the role
ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse Team Lead for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) on the evening shift. This is a 13‑week travel assignment working 40 hours per week in 10‑hour shifts, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with every other weekend and every other holiday required. The RN Team Lead manages nursing staff, ensures effective delegation and prioritization, provides direct patient care (assessment, monitoring, recording, reporting), collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, advocates for patients, maintains clinical competence, documents thoroughly in the EMR, and participates in unit councils and staff meetings. May also perform LPN Med Cart duties as needed based on staffing.
Schedule
Evening shift, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (10‑hour shifts), 40 hours/week. Every other weekend and every other holiday required.
Responsibilities
- Manage nursing staff and ensure effective delegation and prioritization of tasks
- Conduct assessment, monitoring, recording, and reporting of patient conditions
- Advocate for patients and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain clinical competence and participate in required education within specified timeframes
- Communicate effectively with team members and document thoroughly in EMR
- Participate in unit councils and staff meetings to improve healthcare delivery
- Perform LPN Med Cart duties as needed based on staffing availability
Requirements
- Active state RN license
- Experience in nursing leadership and patient care
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (preferred)
Pay
Pay package based on 10‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
