About the Role

Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse in Pediatrics within an acute care setting, delivering top-of-scope nursing practice using the nursing process and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care in specialty acute care units with moderate to high acuity patients.
• Prioritize wellness and safety while ensuring quality at the point of care.
• Precept new healthcare staff and support a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
