Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement patient care
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, procedures, and medications
- Manage various patient needs such as wound care, tracheostomy, g-tubes, catheters, ventilators, and medication administration
- Create customized care plans to accommodate patient’s needs, preferences, and concerns
- Support work-life balance with flexible scheduling and access to a Clinical Manager 24/7
- Benefit from electronic charting with laptops within patient’s home
- Participate in award and recognition programs
- Receive superior training including lab training, shadowing, preceptor, and hands-on training
- Grow and apply skills with diverse patient types including pediatric, adult, and higher acuity cases
- Build one-on-one, long-term relationships with patients and help them regain health and independence
- Opportunities for new graduate nurses with a Novice Nurse Program and shadow/proctor training
Requirements
Must be a registered nurse (RN) with current licensure in Texas. Previous home health experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of an accredited nursing program and passing the NCLEX-RN exam. CPR certification is required.
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel to different locations. Proficiency with electronic medical records systems.

Pay
$30 - $35 per hour
Schedule
Flexible scheduling to accommodate personal and professional needs. Hours vary based on patient needs and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
