About the role
Care Options for Kids offers a unique opportunity for pediatric home health nursing. This role focuses on providing dedicated, one-on-one care in the home setting.
Responsibilities
- Care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs
- Build consistent relationships with both the child and their family
- Practice nursing with focus, purpose, and support
- Work in a calm, controlled environment with 24/7 on-call clinical support
- Receive training and mentorship from respiratory therapists
- Access to a dedicated team focused on nurse safety and success
Requirements
- Current, active Nevada RN License
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person)
- G-tube, trach, and vent experience
Qualifications
- Autonomy in practice
- Continuity of care
- Confidence in delivering skilled nursing
Skills
- Highly skilled in pediatric care
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with families
