Travel RN - Operating Room Circulator

Role Overview: The Extended Assignment Travel Nurse Circulator is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe patient care in a clinical environment. They practice under the guidance of nurse leaders, adhering to evidence-based standards, professional practice models, and ethics outlined by nursing authorities. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and evaluate individualized care plans, and deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care considering cultural diversity. Collaborate effectively with team members through interdisciplinary communication, documentation, and participation in performance improvement activities. Support professional development by mentoring and completing required competencies. Promote evidence-based practice, contribute to protocol development, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or diploma in nursing, valid RN license (multi-state preferred), and certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke Scale. Minimum of 1 year of circulating experience in the OR is required, with strong interpersonal, critical thinking, time management, and technological skills. Prior travel experience is highly preferred.
