***Travel RN Medical Surgical Days - Dothan, AL - $1,800 est Weekly (36 Hours)***

About the Role

Medical Surgical RN position for day shifts at a facility in Dothan, AL. This role involves working on an orthopedic unit that also manages MS/Tele overflow, requiring proficiency with cardiac drips. Block scheduling may be accommodated, and first-time travelers are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care on a Medical Surgical unit with patient ratios of 1:6 to 1:7
• Manage cardiac drips including cardizem, tridil, and amiodarone as needed for MS/Tele overflow patients
• Float to other units as required by facility within scope of practice
• Work day shifts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, 3 or 4 x12s per week
• Cover every other weekend

Requirements

• Must live within 90 miles of Dothan, AL (no locals accepted)
• 1+ years of RN experience
• BLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Proficiency with cardiac drips: cardizem, tridil, amiodarone
• EPIC EMR experience

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS certification

Pay

Gross weekly pay estimated at $1,800 for 36 hours.
