Travel Medical Surgical RN - $1,837 per week

About the Role

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical - Travel - (MS RN) position available in Wilson, North Carolina. This is a 13-week travel nursing assignment with 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical-surgical nursing care to adult and geriatric patient populations
• Manage patient ratios of 5:1 or 6:1
• Utilize Welch Allyn V/S machine, Hoyer Lift with weight scale, Abbott Glucometer, Computers on Wheels, TR band, and Baxter IV pumps
• Document using Meditech EMR
• Work under the supervision of Clinical Staff Lead or Charge Nurse

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Medical-Surgical (MS) specialty experience
• Social Security Number required for submission
• Date of Birth required for submission

• Facility: Duke Lifepoint Hospital, 294 beds
• Joint Commission Accredited
• Services include cancer care, cardiac care, orthopedics, imaging, surgical services
