Travel RN Med Surg Adult - $2,088 per week

About the role

Starting 10/28/2026, this 13‑week travel nursing assignment in Saint Johnsbury, Vermont (Northeast Kingdom) requires 36 hours per week on 12‑hour shifts. As a Travel RN in our independent critical access hospital, you will care for a diverse patient population and sharpen your clinical judgment while making a meaningful impact every shift. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships and work within a collaborative and supportive nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver exceptional patient care using the Nursing Process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while meeting the needs of patients across the lifespan.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
• May serve as Charge RN and act as a Preceptor when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of recent acute care RN experience required.
• Charge RN experience preferred.
• Current Vermont RN license or Compact Multi-State RN License.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Meditech experience preferred.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Flex day/night rotation, 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM); 36 hours per week.
