• Number of Beds: 10
• Number of Staff: 120
• Type of staff: Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters), Charge Nurse, Unit Clerk, Scrub Tech, RNs based on patient census, Night Shift (same as above)
• Patient Ratios: per CA Title 22
• Type of equipment: EMR - Meditech/CPN
• Typical hiring profile: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
