About the role

Access Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN House Supervisor for a 12-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in West Burlington, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure patient care quality and safety
• Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current RN license in good standing
• At least 1 year of experience as a RN in a healthcare setting
• Experience as a House Supervisor preferred

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Skills

• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR)
• Knowledgeable in hospital policies and procedures
