Cure Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Care Manager for a position in Upper Nyack, New York.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient care coordination and communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current New York license.
- AHA BLS and ACLS certification.
- Additional certifications related to this specialty.
- 2 years of recent experience in Case Manager.
Qualifications
- Primary residence must be at least 50 miles from the facility address.
- Shift: 8 hours, days.
