Travel RN Case Manager - $2,575 per week
About the role
The role requires a skilled Case Management RN specializing as an Ortho Care Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience in case management, discharge planning, and patient education post-surgery. Expertise in Parachute and Careport software related to orthopedic care is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct case management duties including discharge planning and patient navigation.
- Educate patients on post-surgery care and recovery plans.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure comprehensive care management.
- Utilize software tools effectively to support orthopedic patient coordination.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience in medical-surgical, ICU, or ER settings preferred.
- Experience in managed care, conducting utilization review and discharge planning is preferred.
- Current New York State RN license is required.
- BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred.
- HC-PRI Certified and PRI screen preferred.
- CMM certification preferred.
Qualifications

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
No weekends required. Shifts are from 07:00:00-15:00:00.
