• Patient Ratios – 1:14
• Type of equipment - EMR – Meditech and Midas
• Typical hiring profile: Skill Set Most recruited for
• Minimum 1-year current acute Care Case Manager RN experience
• RN or Licensed social worker
• BLS
• Active KS licensure
• Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first
• Midas and HCA case management experience
• Prior HCA Hospital experience
• List typical procedures performed on unit(s)
• Case management assessment
• Discharge planning
