Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Acute Care Case Management for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care plans and outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient needs are met
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
• Document patient interactions and progress in medical records

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of recent acute care case management experience
• Current RN license in good standing
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standards

Qualifications

• Passport required for international travel
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
