Travel Case Manager RN - $1,747 per week

About the role

This outstanding Case Management unit is looking for the right RN to join their team of compassionate and driven health care professionals at a 300+ bed Level 2 Trauma center.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services in an acute care inpatient setting
• Coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Work 8-hour day shifts

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Case Manager experience (2 years)
• Active RN license (Compact accepted; copy needed)
• BLS-AHA certification
• Inpatient, acute care setting case management experience
• Work history should not have more than 90 days of gap in the last year

Preferred Qualifications

• HCA facility experience
• Meditech charting experience

Schedule

• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts, days

Pay

• Pay Rate: $1703.00 - $1790.00
