Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in an Acute Burn Unit, utilizing advanced nursing skills within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. Responsible for delivering evidence-based, high-quality care for patients with moderate to high acuity, including specialty Med-Surg units. Engages in precepting new staff and welcoming continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.
