About the Role

Provides direct patient care in the Acute Burn Unit, utilizing advanced nursing skills within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope nursing practice, prioritizing patient wellness and contributing to safety and quality care.
• Model proficiency through precepting new staff and supporting evidence-based practices in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Provide care in specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) units with moderate to high patient acuity.
• Provide patient-centered care and collaborate with teams to promote safety and support professional development.
• Contribute to a culture of wellness and continuous learning while ensuring high-quality outcomes in a dynamic clinical setting.

Requirements

• Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross with in-hand card.
