About the Role
A skilled Travel Respiratory Therapist to provide advanced respiratory care to patients with complex pulmonary and critical conditions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with physicians to develop treatment plans
- Assessing and managing patients with respiratory disorders
- Performing diagnostic tests and administering therapies
- Monitoring equipment and patient progress
- Educating patients and families on medication use and equipment
- Working with healthcare teams to ensure quality care
Requirements
- One year of recent RRT experience and NBRC credential
- Valid state licensure and BLS certification
- Preferred certifications include ACLS or PALS
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to move and assist with equipment
- Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in English, reading instructions, and PC skills
