Role & Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered respiratory care in a high-acuity acute care environment
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Ensure patient safety and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols
Qualifications & Skills
- BLS and RRT certifications (required)
- Minimum of 2+ years recent experience, preferably in acute care/hospital settings
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts
