Travel Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Role: Travel Respiratory Therapist responsible for providing advanced respiratory care to patients with pulmonary and critical illnesses. Responsibilities: Collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans, assess and treat patients, perform diagnostic tests, operate and monitor respiratory equipment, document patient progress, educate patients/families, and work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care. Qualifications & Skills: One year of recent RRT experience, NBRC credential, valid state license, current BLS certification; preferred ACLS/PALS. Must demonstrate critical thinking, strong communication, physical stamina, technical proficiency, and the ability to work under pressure. Key Duties: Conduct patient interviews, perform tests, administer therapies, monitor equipment, record data, and support patient education. Must be able to lift 50-100lbs, move and operate equipment, and communicate effectively.
