Travel Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Role: Providing advanced respiratory care to patients with complex pulmonary and critical illnesses, collaborating with healthcare teams to develop treatment plans, perform diagnostic tests, and administer therapies. Responsibilities include: Assessing and managing respiratory conditions, operating and monitoring equipment, educating patients and families, and documenting patient progress. Must work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and follow physician directives. Qualifications: One year of recent experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), NBRC credential, valid state license, and current BLS certification. Preferred certifications include ACLS or PALS. Skills & Abilities: Critical thinking, interpersonal communication, technical proficiency, physical ability to handle equipment, adaptability to irregular schedules, and effective sensory and motor skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential.
