Weekly pay: $2,366–$2,432.

About the role

• Travel temporary assignment in an acute care healthcare facility

Responsibilities

• Provide full respiratory therapy care for patients of all ages, including assessment and intervention planning
• Administer and monitor inhalation therapies, oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, chest physiotherapy, and airway clearance techniques
• Operate and monitor respiratory equipment, including ventilators and noninvasive ventilation devices; perform suctioning as needed
• Document assessments, treatments, and patient responses; adjust plans based on clinical progress
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to optimize patient outcomes and ensure patient safety
• Maintain infection control standards and perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks

Requirements

• Active Respiratory Therapist license for the assignment location or eligibility for licensure per state regulations
• Certification as Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred
• Ability to provide care to patients of all ages (pediatric through geriatric) in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency with ventilators, oxygen therapies, airway management, and related respiratory care equipment
• Reference checks will be conducted via email; phone calls for references should be avoided
• Availability to work a nights schedule on a 13-week travel assignment
