About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a 4-week assignment starting on July 16, 2026, in Burlington, Vermont.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care services to patients under the supervision of a physician.
- Administer treatments such as nebulizers, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory interventions.
- Assess patient conditions and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Vermont.
- Experience in acute care settings preferred.
- Knowledge of advanced life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
- Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Respiratory Therapy (NBCRT).
Skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of respiratory therapies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours, nights, with a start date of July 16, 2026.
