Travel Respiratory Therapist - $2,237 per week

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a 26-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Portland, Maine.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services under the supervision of a physician.
• Perform diagnostic testing and interpret results.
• Administer treatments such as nebulizers, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory treatments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Maine.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Knowledge of advanced life support (ALS) and basic life support (BLS).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
