GrapeTree Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a position in Des Moines, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory therapy procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Assess patients' respiratory status and develop treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient's response to treatments and make adjustments as necessary.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately.

Requirements

• BLS, AHA preferred
• Current, valid certifications - NBRC
• Currently listed registry in state of practice
• Minimum 1-2 years of direct care experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate from an accredited respiratory therapy program
• Pass a criminal background check

Skills

• Strong clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
