Travel Respiratory Therapist - $2,232 per week

About the role

Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a 12-week assignment at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. This is a FirstChoice mobile staffing position offering premium compensation and flexible scheduling across the Trinity Health system.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions as needed
• Know, understand, incorporate, and demonstrate standard elements of professional practice per AARC guidelines
• Act independently and appropriately within scope of knowledge and experience in practice area
• Retain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality and improvement practices and outcomes
• Exhibit agility and willingness to take on new and additional responsibilities
• Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities

Requirements

• Graduate of a two-year advanced practitioner–accredited Respiratory Therapist program; registry eligible
• Current CRT and/or RRT credential (NPS preferred)
• Valid State License in Respiratory Care if required in the state of practice
• Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, health personnel, and department management in all situations, aligned with mission and values
• Analytical skills to identify patient needs
• Demonstrated basic computer skills in a Windows environment

Pay

Gross weekly rate: $2,232 (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation; tax-free stipend amount to be determined).

Schedule

• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour night shifts (3x12 pattern)
