Travel Respiratory Therapist - $2,230 per week
About the role
Focus Staff is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a client in Miles City, Montana. The contract assignment is 13 weeks (temporary), with a shift of 3x12 nights. The agency offers a very competitive package including health insurance coverage and 401K matching.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating patient and recommending a treatment plan
- Providing respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions
- Performing insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes
- Performing timely and accurate documentation
- Promoting continuous quality improvement
- Teaching and counseling patients/families
Requirements
- Proven experience as Respiratory Therapist
- Maintain current CPR or BCLS certification
- BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, or NRP preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the staff, physicians, patients and families
- At least 2 years of experience
