About the role
Travel Respiratory Therapist position in Lima, Ohio at Kindred Hospital Lima. This is a 13‑week contract starting 11/02/2026, with 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts (19:00–07:00). Two openings available.
The Respiratory Therapist provides Cardiopulmonary Services under protocols approved by the medical staff, delivering timely diagnostic and therapeutic services to inpatients and outpatients.
Responsibilities
- Assisting physicians with invasive and non‑invasive procedures
- Delivery of medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas
- Maintaining airways
- Ventilator management
- Insertion of arterial lines
- Intubations
- Pulmonary function studies
- Cardiac and pulmonary stress tests
- Blood gases analysis
Requirements
- NBRC RRT or CRT certification (must be attached to submission)
- Ohio Respiratory Therapist license (must be attached to resume)
- ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association (must be attached to submission)
Pay
Weekly gross pay: $1,963 – $2,067. Pay package based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
