Travel Respiratory Therapist - $1,653 per week

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026, in Ottumwa, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services to patients under the supervision of a physician.
• Perform diagnostic testing and administer treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervising physician.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Iowa.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of advanced life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS).

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using respiratory equipment and monitoring devices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
