About the Role

The Reservation Sales & Service Specialist in Customer Care is responsible for managing inbound calls while maintaining productivity and sales goals. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences, selling travel packages, and fostering customer loyalty through quality interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound phone calls while maintaining productivity goals to support industry-leading service levels.
  • Exceed sales objectives by selling travel packages, product up-sells, and cross-sells.
  • Handle inbound sales and service calls using best-in-class customer sales techniques.
  • Develop internal relationships and collaborate with other departments to foster teamwork.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing accurate, timely, and quality information.
  • Consistently meet or exceed customer sales contact quality objectives to create positive, lasting memories.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related projects and tasks as needed.
  • Handle special projects using detailed program knowledge and interpersonal skills.
  • Cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships with accounts to influence product loyalty.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • At least 1 year of call center experience.
  • Proficiency in using reservation systems, Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint), and scheduling/telephony tools.
  • Knowledge of points of interest and geography.
  • Ability to work in a structured call center environment with performance measurements and shift requirements.
  • Understanding of contact center schedule adherence, including adhering to posted schedules and using proper phone status.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a consistent desire for personal and professional growth, embraces a "learn-it-all" culture, and possesses one year of related education or experience in customer service, sales, or the travel industry (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

Schedule

  • Call center hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Friday) and 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Saturdays) Denver time.
  • Training start date: September 29, 2026.

Work Environment

This role requires sitting, walking, standing, bending, answering telephones, and entering/retrieving data from a computer for eight or more hours per day.
