Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation Med Surg for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026, in Windsor, Vermont.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Assist with physical, occupational, and speech therapy sessions as needed.
• Document patient care activities accurately and in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Vermont.
• Experience in rehabilitation settings preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation medicine and procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights.

• Pass a drug screening.
• Pass a criminal history check.

Pay
