Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - $2,324 per week

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Respiratory Care Practitioner for a 13-week assignment starting on August 17, 2026, in Olney, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services under the direction of a physician.
• Assess patients’ respiratory status and develop treatment plans.
• Administer treatments such as nebulizer treatments, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory interventions.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.

Requirements

• Current license to practice respiratory care in the state of Illinois.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in respiratory care.
• Knowledge of advanced life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS).

Qualifications

• Proficient in using respiratory care equipment and technology.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
