Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care services with specific emphasis on pulmonary function testing and initiation of CPAP devices
- Support requests for continued supply of durable medical equipment such as oxygen concentrators and nebulizers
- Assist in training on use of inhalers
- Set up patients with DME equipment
- Work closely with physicians
Requirements
- 1 year hospital or physician office experience – Required
- Computer literacy – Required
- CoARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program – Required
- RRT or CRT from NRBC
- New Jersey Respiratory Therapist license (RCP)
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
