About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Seattle, Washington. The Respiratory Therapist is either registered or certified by the National Board of Respiratory Care to provide Cardiopulmonary Services. The role involves following protocols approved by the medical staff and department policies to provide timely diagnostic and therapeutic services to both inpatients and outpatients.
Responsibilities
- Assisting physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures
- Delivery of medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas
- Maintaining airways
- Ventilator management
- Insertion of arterial lines
- Intubations
- Pulmonary function studies
- Cardiac and pulmonary stress tests
- Blood gases
Requirements
- NBRC RRT or CRT certification (must be attached to submission)
- Washington State RT license (must be attached to resume)
- ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association (must be attached to submission)
Schedule
36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts. 13-week travel assignment.
