Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist (RT PEDS) in Enid, Oklahoma. This position involves stabilizing neonates in a healthcare setting, with responsibilities centered around respiratory care for pediatric patients. The role requires providing ventilatory support, managing artificial airways, and performing diagnostic evaluations, including analysis of physiologic data. The position is scheduled for night shifts, with varied days and every other weekend work.
Job Details
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials
- ABG License
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- At least 2 years of experience in respiratory care
Additional Information
Must live at least 100 miles away from the healthcare site. Neonatal stabilization and ventilating skills are critical, though this role does not require NICU experience. The Respiratory Therapist will employ technology and treatment protocols to support patients' cardiopulmonary health across all care activities.
